1. How do I notify my current landlord?

Most landlords require a written 30 day notice to vacate.

2. What types of lease terms do you have?

We currently offer a 6 month term.

3. Does The Plaza pay utilities?

We pay for water (hot and cold) and trash removal.

Bulky items are an extra charge for which you are responsible for.

4. What are the office hours?

Monday - Friday -9:00 am-2:00pm
Saturday - 10:00 am-2:00 pm
Sunday - Closed

5. What happens if I need something or have a

     maintenance emergency during non-business hours?

You can page the Manager with your telephone number and punch in your apartment number after your phone number.

6. How do I transfer utilities into my name?

Before you move in, ask the Manager to give you the numbers of the utilities needed in order to complete your move.

Do this at least 3 days prior to your move in date to insure no interruption of services.

7. When is rent due?

Rent is due on or before the first of the month.

8. When is the rent late?

Rent is late after 6:00pm on the 3rd of the month.

10. Does The Plaza except pets?

No we do not accept pets.

It is our way of pre-approving you and getting the next available apartment suited just for you ready. Our Exclusive Resident Reservation also includes monthly activity invitations, for you and your family. You’ll get to know your neighbors and be included in our community before you even move in.
